Our Oshawa pet photography sessions are a luxury photography experience. The goal for every photography session is to preserve those precious memories of this monumental animal in your life but also to create a comfortable, safe atmosphere for everyone involved in the session. As a Veterinary Technician, I am fully trained in animal behaviour, first aid and safety. We will take the time needed to make this a happy experience for your furry loved one.
At LRP we have a home-based studio with everything needed to create a beautiful portrait session. Not only will we create the most beautiful images of the animals you care for the most but we want everyone to have the best possible experience at our home-based studio. Steps to an Oshawa Pet Photography Session
Step One | Initial Phone Call
All our portrait sessions begin with a 10-15 minute phone call. During this phone call we will discuss wants and needs for your session and decide on a appointment date and time for a pre-consultation.
Step Two | Zoom Pre-Consultation Appointment
The pre-consultation meeting involves a Zoom video call that lasts approximately 15 minutes. This pre-consultation is to go over the details of your personalized session. During this video call, we will discuss:
1. Location wanted
2. Colour preferences, (if indoor)
3. Props
4. Products we offer
5. Pricing
6. The contract
At the end of the video call we formally book the Oshawa pet photography session. This call also gives me a chance to meet your pet before the session.
Step Three | Portrait Session
This is the day the magic happens. After arrival, the pet is allowed to sniff out the location and acclimate to their surroundings, at this time I usually sit with them and give them some yummy treats to warm up to me and allow them to acclimate to their surroundings. Once the Oshawa pet photography session is finished we schedule a viewing appointment. This appointment is booked for approximately 1-2 weeks after the portrait session.
Step Four | Zoom Ordering Appointment
This appointment may be booked for a virtual meeting or an in-studio meeting to view your images for the first time. At that time, we go over the images together and selections are made for preferred images and products. It is expected that during this appointment that the full payment will be made unless a payment plan has been pre-approved.
Step Five | Product Pick Up Appointment/Digital Product Delivery
Personal delivery is made once all products arrive. Items are then inspected to ensure you are happy with your purchases. At this time, we also go over how to care for your products therefore ensuring archival longevity. Delivery times do vary depending on products and materials.
